“I am very thankful for the opportunity I've had to be a part of the WorkOutLoud community over the years. I was first connected back in the old MWLUG days, where I had the privilege to serve on their user group board for a season. From there, I had the opportunity to connect with the M3UGA community. They are another excellent community, and I appreciate all of the hard work that WorkOutLoud offers to that community as well.

I am thrilled to say that I am now back where I started, working on an Infor CloudSuite implementation as a consultant! My story of how I found this role is a direct result of the awesome connections I've made through these user group communities. There is no question that my experience that led me to this point I would absolutely consider a success story that I can tie to the power of the WorkOutLoud community, and events like M3UGA and back where I got started with MWLUG. I appreciate the life long connections I've been able to build!

I am absolutely LOVING my new role. I have genuinely enjoyed getting back into the old Lawson v10 world. It truly is like riding a bike, not just with all of the old screens I know and love (IC11, PO20, etc.), but the database tables and joins that I still, after all these years, have memorized as well. I have also been thrilled to dive headfirst into the CloudSuite side of things. I must admit I'm loving the new platform and can certainly see why Infor promotes it to the degree that they do. I find it very easy and intuitive to get around. And I'll again offer a plug to Rich Bendickson at Dashboard Gear—I would highly recommend him and his company and what they do. They certainly have made my new job possible and, for me, very enjoyable!

I enjoyed M3, but I must admit being back where I started has truly been a dream come true. This is the world I know and love, and I didn't realize how much I would love being back at it.
