VISUAL Focus

Education sessions are a collaborative way to learn about all the different aspects of VISUAL. Each education session is one hour long and are grouped by category (Manufacturing, Financial, IT, Business Process, etc.).Foundation sessions are beginner classes for someone who is new to a topic and wants to learn the basics.

Advanced sessions are designed to challenge and inspire attendees who have a solid understanding of the basics and are ready to explore more complex ideas and practices.

One-on-One sessions are scheduled throughout the conference. The 45-minute One-on-One sessions are your opportunity to meet with the consultant best matched with your topic to find solutions to your VISUAL concerns, or to discover new ideas on how to use VISUAL in more profitable ways. Before the start of the conference, you'll have the opportunity to schedule your One-on-One session(s) which will run concurrently with the breakout sessions. All attendees will be notified by email when registration is open for these sessions. You can also sign up for One-on-One sessions at the Information Desk anytime during the conference. One-on-One sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Customer Success Roundtable sessions, held on Wednesday, are your chance to share your success stories, projects that didn't go as planned, and things you have learned, as well as submit comments, questions, and enhancement requests. Each roundtable session will focus on a different topic: Manufacturing, Financial, and Technical. Roundtable sessions are your chance to interact with and help your fellow VISUAL users.

New track! Strategy first, ERP second. Spotlight Series: Roadmap to Optimize Business Performance is a brand new 10-session track for 2024. The focus of the sessions isn’t VISUAL; the focus is the strategy needed to achieve specific business goals. VISUAL is used to support the strategy, not create the strategy. If you are a leader, this track is for you. It doesn't matter what your knowledge of VISUAL is; you just need to know you have an ERP system. After completing the track, you will have a roadmap on how to achieve the following:

  • Inventory accuracy
  • Increased productivity on the shop floor
  • Increased sales performance
  • Financial & costing excellence
  • Reporting excellence
  • Cybersecurity excellence
  • Supply Chain excellence
  • Innovation excellence

The VISUAL focused tracks are important to train others on how to properly fulfill the different roles to support the overall strategy. However, VISUAL knowledge without an overall strategy driven by a leader does not produce the best results. That’s why this new track exists.

Please note how all the topics listed above are interrelated. For example, inventory accuracy affects productivity, sales performance, costing, and ultimately, the financial statements. That’s how business works; that’s why an overall strategy is needed, as opposed to relying on overall VISUAL knowledge alone to achieve results.
