Hello - I am interested in information on CRM, OCR & Infor AI for XA. Does anyone have any recommendations for CRM/OCR systems that integrate? Is anyone using Infor AI for anything yet? Our latest offerings utilise AI / LLM's to improve first pass extraction from documents i.e Supplier Invoices . AI has also enabled us to extract data from unstructured documents like contracts.
