How to resolve issue in WebTop V.4.8 install ?

Installed WEBTOP V.4.8 succesfully at IBM iSeries P10 V7R4M0 (formerly AS/400), and receive on excution this warning: Uncaught ReferenceError:getTheme is not defined, and close the session.
Any idea for action to resolution ?
