AI Your MRP (and your supply chain)

A sneak peek at AiPEX before InPower2026

Imagine walking into work with your to-do list already made — a clear, prioritized picture of exactly what needs your attention today, and why. That's what AiPEX does for the planners, buyers, and materials managers running Infor XA, System 21, and LX.

The company is new — but we're not new to this world. Many of you already know us from the community, where our team has spent a combined 60+ years in the trenches. We got tired of drowning in MRP messages, living on hot lists, and losing vendor follow-ups in the email black hole — so we built the tool we always wished we had: an AI layer that sits on top of your Infor ERP, cuts through the noise, and tells you what to do first.

In this sneak peek, we'll introduce ourselves, our product AiPEX, and AiMEE — the agentic AI built into it — and show you how she:

  • turns a thousand MRP messages into a ranked action list that tells you what to do — and why
  • pulls every open vendor issue into one place — and even drafts the follow-up emails for you
  • puts a dollar figure on the excess inventory hiding in your safety stock and order minimums

Then come see the whole thing live at InPower2026. Stop by our booth in the Solution Center, catch our presentation on Tuesday, September 15 at 3:15 PM, or schedule a one-on-one and we'll run AiPEX against the kind of problems you face every day.

We're new. The problem isn't. Come see what we built.

About AiPEX Solutions

Your MRP planned it. AiPEX executes it.

Most manufacturers run planning software that decides which parts to buy, how many, and when they need to arrive. It's called MRP, and it has been the backbone of manufacturing for forty years. Each night it recalculates. Each morning it hands the purchasing team a list of potentially thousands of recommendations: order this, cancel that, pull this order in, push that one out.

The list is technically correct and practically unusable. It arrives unranked and unexplained. A buyer cannot tell which twenty of the two thousand messages actually matter today, which ones will stop the production line next week, or why an order that looked fine yesterday is suddenly urgent. The only way to work the list is to plow through the messages one by one and 'figure it out'.

AiPEX reads that output and turns it into a short, ordered list of work — with the reasoning attached.
It tells a buyer what to do first, and why. It shows what changed overnight and what caused it. It drafts the vendor emails and chases the ones that go unanswered. And it answers questions in plain language, so a buyer can simply ask what needs attention this morning.

MRP plans. AiPEX executes.
