We will be kicking off our festivities with a Welcome Reception. This event will be held in the Oakton Ballroom located inside the Ingleside hotel from 5:30 pm until 10 pm. Food and beverages provided.
Grab your dancing shoes and prepare to let loose! Our second event will be held in the brand-new Harley Davidson garage, with a museum tour followed up by a grand performance from Milwaukee-based cover band Rebel Grace. The event will be held from 5 pm until 11 pm, transportation from the Ingleside will be provided, as well as dinner.
Harley Davidson Event Bussing Two 20 person shuttles for the Avid and Marriott will be provided. A shuttle will meet at the Avid and one will be at the Marriott to take guests from these hotels to the Harley Davidson Museum.
Pick-up will begin at 5:00PM sharp and they will leave no later than 5:15PM.
Four busses will be available at the Ingleside to take guests to the Museum. They will arrive at 4:30PM and will begin loading at 4:45PM. They will load up everyone quickly and will all leave the Ingleside no later then 5:15PM.
There will be another set of 3 busses arriving at the Ingleside at 5:30PM and will load up and leave the Ingleside no later than 5:45PM
The shuttles will begin loading up any guests who would like to leave the Harley Davidson event at 9:00PM. The coach busses will only drop-off at the Ingleside Hotel. They will continuously run between 9:00PM to last board at 11:00PM.
The school busses will do one round back to the Marriott, Avid, and Ingleside hotel starting at 9:00PM, 10:00PM, and 11:00PM. Please see corresponding bus for which time the bus will leave the event.
PARKING: If you are driving to the event there is plenty of free parking at the Museum near the H-D Shop.
Nothing says summer like a Backyard Bash! Join us at the Ingleside Pavilion for a relaxing evening of outdoor fun. This event will have a bonfire and an array of yard games from 5:30 until 10pm. Food and beverage will be provided.
