Hello, I am hoping that consideration is being given to having EIUG advanced sessions geared toward LX this year. Can anyone offer any clarity on this? Thank you

Hi Nick, I noticed that both Dave and Brian have reached out to you on your inquiry. I can assure you that the workshops offered on Monday, our EIUG day, will support LX as well as XA. All the concepts that are taught can be used in LX, however I do understand that there are some short comings. If you are looking for a specific topic or have a project or issue you are looking to tackle, John Merges at TriMin may be able to assist with a deeper training focused on LX objects. I will be  Read more...happy to set up an introduction, and look forward to seeing you at the conference. Show less...

Please confirm if there will be individual session paths for members in Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, etc like there were last year. I'd like to bring a larger group this year but last year we didn't know what sessions were available until very late.

Will schedule be laid out by persona? I can see a lot of persona's that would help drive who attends from each customer account.
We will have someone respond shortly who is actively creating the session grid. We listened to everyone's feedback and will have the majority of the sessions posted much earlier!
Hi Ryan, the XA User Group is currently planning our sessions for inPower. We will have a day full dedicated to education again this year. However, our format will be a bit different. This year we will offer several 1.25 hour classes on specific topic. We are confirming our speakers in the next few weeks and hope to have the full agenda ready for you shortly.

Greetings to Infor customers running XA, LX and System21. As we enter the final weeks of 2023, we want to thank everyone who made inPOWER 2023 successful. We had a huge amount of positive feedback.

Also some updates for you as we continue to plan for 2024.

Dates: September 23-26. Monday for the Technical Enterprise Integrator Sessions, Tuesday through Thursday morning for inPOWER.

Location: The Ingleside Hotel, Pewaukee, WI

Target  Read more...Audience: Infor Customers and Partners focused on Infor XA, LX and System21

Format: The general flow of the conference will be similar to 2023, but we plan to have additional Enterprise Integrator educational sessions on Monday. We’ll also expand the educational content on Wednesday. These educational sessions were very popular in 2023.

Targeted Pricing, for budgetary purposes.

The full price for the entire 3.5 day event in 2023 was $950, with good options for Early Bird pricing bundling, along with discounts for 4 or more attendees.
For 2024, even with some substantial inflation, we are working to limit the price increase to just $50 more that last year, and still offer early bird pricing. Target pricing is as follows:
Monday EIUG Technical Day - Remains at $200
Monday Workshops - Remain at $50
inPOWER 2.5 day conference - $800
Fourth or more attendees - $450 each

As an example, to attend for the full 3.5 days, including a Monday workshop, the single attendee price is targeted at $1,050, and we plan to offer early bird discounting down to $900.

We will work to provide you with great value for your investment.

New this year, we will also offer 1-day passes at $250 each
We expect overnight lodging at the Ingleside with a base rate of $129 per night.
We’ll provide additional event announcements as available, and we’ll plan to open enrollment before May 1st, 2024.
We’re confident that these numbers are very likely, and you can use them for budgetary planning if you wish.

Thanks to all! We’ll see you in September. Show less...

Great event 👏
Do you know what the ERP and Content the Technical Enterprise Integrator Sessions will be geared toward yet? Last year the advanced was XA specific. I am hoping that consideration is being given to an advanced session geared toward LX this year.

We are looking into this, as we rely on the presenters to forward their presentations to us, so we’re able to upload it into the community to be reviewed by members.

@SarahMackay, Have you received the presentation that Candy is referring?

Sessions are in the process of being gathered and uploaded to WOL. Watch for an email from WOL to notify you when that is complete.
Good morning.
Is there an ETA when presentations will be posted? There are some I need to grab to discuss with my team.

The web site for the Ingleside Hotel (https://www.theinglesidehotel.com/floor-plans-and-capacities) has a map - not really suitable for printing but should help.
We will have maps at the registration desk and a team to help you navigate the hotel. After a first walk through it is easy to get around the hotel.
Printable map will be posted at the bottom of the home page shortly.
