We will check into this. It is not a bug, rather it is part of a security scheme (These are "signed" URLs that expire after a click or 60 seconds. The issue seems to be more related to the "name". We will see what we can do to restore the original name of the file (which we have).

We have implemented a resolution to this issue. Our intention is to update production this evening and you should see the improvement tomorrow (10/21). This maintains our security scheme and is much more user friendly for our users. Thank you for the input and patience e1!

Dr. Fisher served as assistant professor of supply chain management and Director of the Center for Supply Chain Management from 2008-2019. He brings three decades of experience in the logistics field to the college and the center. Dr. Fisher has held executive positions in the air cargo, LTL, non asset-based forwarding and logistics-software industries. His range of positions includes assistant general manager, vice president-marketing, vice president-corporate development, vice president-international, and president. He has addressed fundamental revenue-facing activities, troubled-business turn-arounds, and businesses facing strategic change in their markets.
