Good afternoon.
I have been checking every day for presentations. It appears most of the ones related to XA appear to not be uploaded. Does anyone have an idea if the rest will be uploaded soon?

Hi Loring....that link brings us to the Monday sessions - but I do not see where we can see the feedback from the participants? Thanks
Thank you so much.
@Harold, You will need to contact the User Group Boards for the request and I will also share with them your request.

This has been addressed and is available on the app stores - both Apple and Android.

If you have not updated your WorkOutLoud mobile app for awhile and you do not have automatic updates set on your phone...

Uninstall the app and re-install (Recommend)

Stop by the WorkOutLoud booth this morning if you need some help or you need a big smile. 😀

Can you tell us what and when the new session is at without searching the entire spreadsheet ?

You can also view sessions here on WorkOutLoud. Are you looking for something specific I can let you know when and where that session is being held?

The session grid I would like to mark it up for my team of who is attending which session. Currently It is protected worksheet. If I Copy/paste into new spreadsheet we lose all the links. Is there a non-protected worksheet of session grid?

It sure is! Please download the Work Out Loud app on Google Play for Android devices or the Apple Store for iOS devices.
Monique. Check your mobile app store.. search for workoutloud. In the case of the apple store it's the only thing that shows. Once you have the app, you can generate your schedule using it.
Thanks for the info. I'll be sure to pass it along to the 1st timers!
Does the inPower event load automatically into the app? I've downloaded the app, but no events appear or load.
@debbiewhetstone You should be able to see the event after logging in. Use the same credentials as the web site.
Make sure you are in the Infor - IBMi Community. Mine defaulted to S3.
Use the link at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uj1_TCOxQM to build your agenda
I've found that after adding sessions via the website they appear in the app (at least the iOS app) with the wrong time. For example, a session I added for Tuesday at 1:15pm on the website shows in the app as starting Tuesday at 7pm. I've sent a support request via the app - just wanted to give folks a heads-up.
Thanks @paulbromwell - Sounds like an API issue w/ time zone. We will look into and correct. You should not have to do anything - I will ping you when fixed later this afternoon. Appreciate you letting us know.
I have the app (iphone)and registered for EIUG and full conference. Will not allow me to add any of the EIUG.
@candyhein Please try again😀
I cannot see the app. Searching for „workoutloud“ gives no result. Is there a limitation to the US? If no, can you please provide the link to the AppStore (iPhone).
OK - The date issue was fixed for the "All Sessions" (attending). It was a timezone issue and has been corrected. The date time is base on the timezone of the event - in this case, US/Central.

LMK if you have any further questions. You may need to refresh the mobile app (close it and reopen). Further use should be correcr, Thank you for letting us know and for your patience.

e
@michaelraber - thank you for your question. We are releasing to more countries including all of Europe (Germany). It should be there w/in the next 24 hours or sooner. FYI - also including Asia, Africa, North America (Canada.Mexico), South America, and Asia Pacific
I downloaded the app but it doesn't let me log in. Email not found.
@lynnclark - You should be good to go now. Thank you for your patience. LMK if you have any other questions.

e
@ericlopez-2 - time issue is still there - better - but still there. Take opening keynote on Tuesday as an example - website and Excel download says 8:30am - app says 10am.
@ericlopez-2 - still not working. I enter my email and then it shows, No communities found.
@paulbromwell - Hey Paul, this is in a sprint release being put on the app store Wednesday (approx) w/ several other updates and fixes. This was reported last week. I am seeing them in our test environment app, I was able to recreate the issue w/ the current public version in the app store.

Thanks for your diligence - this is a fairly new product feature and your involvement means a lot.

I will announce  Read more...when the new version is up (there will probably be 2 updates between now and Sunday). Both fixes and new features. The minutes issue is currently fixed awaiting deployment.

1st time flying in to the conference. For those who have flown before, did you rent a car for the week, or did you use some transport service from the airport to your hotel?

Hi Candy, I typically take a taxi/uber, the event is pretty much self contained at the hotel, it will just sit there.
There is also a shuttle service from the Avid Hotel to the Ingleside Hotel if you are staying at that hotel.
Unless you have several in your group arriving at the same time and are planning to sight see some after the conference... A rental car is not that economical... Like Frank said... it will most likely just sit there.
How much did the taxi/uber cost, do you recall? I am trying to outweigh the cost of using a transportation service versus just renting a car. My former boss and I generally drove up to Wisconsin, so flying in is new to me.
Candy,

My first time also, I am driving in from Chicago but was weighing Uber earlier.. it looks like less than 50$ for an Uber X from Mitchell to Hotel..
I pulled my Uber receipt from last year and it was $60.99 for the airport to Ingleside. That doesn't necessarily mean a whole lot because of flex pricing. And if its an early morning flight out be sure to schedule your Uber.
