In short, Cobwebb can take a spool file, augment it, and convert it into a PDF file. Then it is automatically filed within Infor Document Management (IDM) with the appropriate meta data so it can be easily retrieved as needed.
In the example above, they took a BIL550 spool file (Customer Invoice) and created a PDF and filed it in IDM with the Customer Number, Order Number, and Invoice Number so it can be accessed when doing a customer, order, or invoice inquiry.

I believe this is a little different than what LX offers "out of the box." We have a list of documents and you are showing a preview of a document. That's the value you are adding, correct? Would you mind clarifying what you are providing?
