This is a brand new 10-session track for 2024. The focus of the sessions isn’t VISUAL; the focus is the strategy needed to achieve specific business goals. VISUAL is used to support the strategy, not create the strategy. If you are a leader, this track is for you. It doesn't matter what your knowledge of VISUAL is; you just need to know you have an ERP system. After completing the track, you will have a roadmap on how to achieve the following:
The VISUAL focused tracks are important to train others on how to properly fulfill the different roles to support the overall strategy. However, VISUAL knowledge without an overall strategy driven by a leader does not produce the best results. That’s why this new track exists.
Please note how all the topics listed above are interrelated. For example, inventory accuracy affects productivity, sales performance, costing, and ultimately, the financial statements. That’s how business works; that’s why an overall strategy is needed, as opposed to relying on overall VISUAL knowledge alone to achieve results.
