Integrator training - We just posted our first Integrator training course in Infor U. It's called IDF: Foundation for Developers. It is online, instructor-led with hand-on workshops. We teach you how to create new objects in IDF from DB2 tables. These are full-function, user-customizable and maintainable objects that look and act just like the ones you get from the Infor development teams.

This course is 2.5 days delivered in 4 hour sessions each day for a week. The instructor  Read more...will show you how to do something using a demonstration system and PowerPoint slides, then give you time to do the same thing using detailed instructions (every keystroke and mouse click, with screen shots) to do it yourself.

Go to education.infor.com. On the left click Course Catalog. Search on IDF. You will see two courses, one for end users and one for developers. The end user course (or equivalent experience) is a prerequisite.

Did you know that Infor has IDF education in Infor University? It's for new users, and teaches them how do customize the UI: views, subsets, sorts, cards (graph, overview, etc.), card files, templates as well as things like presentation schemes and attachments. It's online with a live instructor and lots of hands-on workshops. They will sign in via Infor OS and use SiW and Net-Link. It runs four hours per day for a week (20 hours, total). The students will get a PDF of all the slides and  Read more...workshops -- reference material to help remind them how to do things they learned in class.

There is a class starting February 10 (the week after next) and another one in March. You can see the schedule in Infor U.
