Did you know that Infor has IDF education in Infor University? It's for new users, and teaches them how do customize the UI: views, subsets, sorts, cards (graph, overview, etc.), card files, templates as well as things like presentation schemes and attachments. It's online with a live instructor and lots of hands-on workshops. They will sign in via Infor OS and use SiW and Net-Link. It runs four hours per day for a week (20 hours, total).
