When a customer chooses to implement, they have the flexibility to design this experience for the various users within their organization and for users outside the organization. For example, a direct seller, a customer service representative, an external dealer all may have different experiences. But each experience is automated as they make selections and work their way through a final configuration of a product. The configuration can be very simple or very complex.

The user profile will define which experience the user receives. User profiles are assigned during the set up.
