[Infor Special Announcement] Effective June 1, 2024, MK & Associates is merging with Cistech, Inc. These are two INFOR XA Business Partners who have worked with XA for decades. THIS CREATES A DEDICATED, LONG-TERM, and STRATEGICALLY ALIGNED ORGANIZATION FOR INFOR XA CUSTOMERS.

This merger will provide added resources and expertise for MKA and Cistech customers. For decades, both MKA and Cistech have been focused on Infor XA and solutions for XA. The Cistech name will be used. The combined resources of Cistech and MKA deliver:

· A focus on customer service and employees

· Dedication to and commitment to XA, Infor, and IBM systems

· A stronger set of skilled resources and proven applications

· More proven experience and references with XA customers

· Hands-on management with an emphasis on customer service

This merger forms a company with 30 people, all of them with at least 10 years of Infor XA experience.

MKA has worked with XA (or the former MAPICS product) since the late 1970’s. They have deep expertise in the automotive and other manufacturing industries. Cistech has long been 100% focused on Infor XA and XA customers. They bring an additional 8 Senior XA Business Consultants and 10 Senior Technical Consultants who provide services to XA customers. Cistech also has extensive IBM System i experience as an IBM business partner. They have worked with XA for over 25 years as a MAPICS and Infor XA Business Partner. Like MKA, Cistech management and employees have strong customer relationships and stay involved with customers and projects. Cistech provided services to over 70 XA customers worldwide in the past two years and they’ve done several implementations of XA Enterprise Financials, which are the strategic financial applications for XA: Enterprise GL, AP, AR, and Cash.

Over many years, MKA and Cistech have developed meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with their Infor XA customers. Cistech’s mission is to continue providing outstanding service, support, and integrated applications to meet the business needs of Infor XA customers.
