A query has be locked out when someone logged out incorrectly. Can anyone help me to unlock a query?

Are you talking about an IDF query? Are you still having the problem or did ending the session resolve it?

I agree with Gabriel. Unlike LX files that have an in-use flag, queries are simply locked by the job that is working with them. Find the job, end it, and you should be all set.
