This is a great proof point that demonstrates how Infor and Cobwebb are partnered and working together to bring solutions that can streamline user tasks and really bring value to our customers.

The Cobwebb software can take a spool file, augment it, and convert it into a PDF file. Then it is automatically filed within Infor Document Management (IDM) with the appropriate meta data so it can be easily retrieved as needed.
In the example above, they took a BIL550 spool file ( Read more...Customer Invoice) and created a PDF and filed it in IDM with the Customer Number, Order Number, and Invoice Number so it can be accessed when doing a customer, order, or invoice inquiry. Show less...
