15 years

MJR GmbH is an IT consultancy based in Knittlingen in the technology region between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe. MJR's main business is advising and supporting medium-sized companies, especially manufacturing companies. Company founder Michael Raber still remembers exactly how he registered his business, at that time under the name Dipl.-Ing. Michael J. Raber: “I filled out the business license on October 2, 2009,” recalls Raber. At that time, the company was still based in Oberderdingen-Großvillars. The company was renamed to a GmbH in 2018. The close partnership with the output experts from InterForm has been in place since 2012. MJR has been an official Infor partner since 2015.

First years
The first few years were not always easy. But perseverance and acquisition paid off and Michael Raber was able to acquire more and more customers. The first employees also joined the team. On 15.07.2010, software developer Petra Goll was the first employee and is still working at MJR today.

Company grows more
In 2016, the company moved to new offices in Knittlingen. In 2018, a second floor was then rented in the same building as the MJR team grew rapidly. Today, the international team has around 20 employees. This also includes consultants in the neighboring countries of France and the Netherlands.

15th anniversary

The anniversary celebrations took place as part of the MJR team meeting at the beginning of November in the conference room of the Hotel Krone in Bretten. All employees come together regularly for meetings in order to promote the exchange of ideas among each other. MJR employees from neighboring countries are also always happy to come to Knittlingen for this purpose.

In addition to a celebratory MJR 15th anniversary cake, there was also a visit from the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Dr. Stefan Senitz ( Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Karlsruhe) presented the company with the 15th anniversary certificate and congratulated Michael Raber and his colleagues on 15 years of MJR.
